Here is my Zastava 750S from 1978. I have had her for 2 years now, and she is still in storage while I search for the Holiest of Grails - a Garage! I originally wanted a Fiat 600 that I could make a replica of an Abarth with, but this came up (very) cheaply, and I decided that it would do the job just as well. Since then I have discovered the price of original Abarth parts, and think it would be something of a waste to put these on a Zastava that will never be worth more than the sum of it's parts. I have since learnt however that the Zastava is put together a lot better than the Fiat 600, and like the Mini handle far better than the engine they were provided with. With this in mind, I intend to spend a lot of money upgrading the brakes, suspension and adding a roll-cage so that eventually I can attempt a bike engine transplant. Just the thought of leaving that BMW at the lights make all the money needed worth it!
