Just to clarify...
1. Open imageshack (link above)
2. Click 'browse' , it will open a window on your pc
3. Find the picture on your pc.
4. Click on the pic then click open.
5. On imageshack, click 'host it!'
6. On this new page, under the thumb nail, copy the link (right click with mouse, select copy)entitled - Hotlink for forums.
7. Paste onto your post.(right click with mouse, select paste).
Note, before step 5, you can resize your picture, it is best to use 640 X 480.
